摘 要：为了提高中国工业的创新和创业培训的发展速度和效率，所有专业院校都有责任和义务来努力培养一批高水平的人才，并让这些合格人才进行相关的创新和创业实践。近年来，计算机化的发展水平得到了一定的提高，特别是在中国的通信工程领域，直接促进了该领域各种技术的快速发展，但是还缺乏大量的工作人员。在近几年的发展中，必须要通过创新和改进完善相关的技术来提高通信工程的发展水平。因此，在通信工程领域还需要培养一批高素质、高水平的技术专家，并且这已成为高等职业教育现代化发展中的一个非常重要的问题。

The Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents of Communication Engineering Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：In order to improve the rapid and efficient development of China’s industrial innovation and entrepreneurship training，all professional colleges and universities have the responsibility and obligation to cultivate a group of high-level talents，and make these qualified talents to carry out relevant innovation and entrepreneurship. In recent years，the development level of computerization has been improved to a certain extent，especially in the field of communication engineering in China，which directly promotes the rapid development of various technologies in this field，but there is still a lack of a large number of staff. In recent years，the development level of communication engineering must be improved through innovation and improvement of related technologies. Therefore，in the field of communication engineering，it is necessary to culture a group of high-quality and high-level technical experts，which has become a very important issue in the modernization of higher vocational education.
