摘 要：随着粤港澳大湾区建设的推进，湾区内食品安全领域的合作也日渐深入。但是，目前粤港澳三地的食品安全追溯体系之间仍存在着严重的数据孤岛问题，导致难以有效地追踪目标产品的跨境流通链条。文章设计并实现了基于区块链的跨境食品追溯平台，其目标是打通数据孤岛，建立安全高效的数据跨境协同交换通道，并同时面向大湾区内的企业、监管部门、公众提供服务，最终实现标准兼容、来源可查、去向可追。

Design of Food Traceability Platform in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Based on Blockchain

Abstract: With the advancement of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the cooperation in the field of food safety in the Bay Area is also deepening. However, there is still a serious data island problem between the food safety traceability systems in three areas of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, making it difficult to effectively track the cross-border circulation chain of target products. This paper designs and implements a cross-border food traceability platform based on blockchain. Its goal is to open up the data island, establish a safe and efficient cross-border collaborative exchange channel for data, and it provides services to enterprises, supervision departments and the public in the Greater Bay Area at the same time, achieves standard compatibility, traceable sources, and traceable destinations finally.
