摘 要：体育训练作为校园或部队重要组成和考核部分，越来越受到大家的关注。目前，针对如何提高训练效率、考核成绩和避免伤病，最终实现体育素质的有效提升，老师或教官大部分情况下还是根据以往的经验，制定训练计划以及开展训练。文章以训练为例，设计一种智慧训练综合管理应用系统，对日常训练、考核、伤病预防等开展综合管理，指导教官开展有效的训练及伤病预防。

Design and Research of an Intelligent Training Integrated Management Application System

Abstract: As an important component and assessment part of campus or army, physical training has attracted more and more attention. At present, teachers or instructors mostly make training plans and carry out training based on previous experience on how to improve training efficiency, assess results and avoid injuries, so as to finally realize the effective improvement of sports quality. Taking training as an example, this paper designs an intelligent training integrated management application system to carry out comprehensive management on daily training, assessment, injury prevention, and guide instructors to carry out effective training and injury prevention.
