基于检测与处理技术的信号检测控制优化应用

摘  要:随着现代工业技术的高速发展,对生产过程的自动化、智能化的要求日益增强。数字化矿山项目,不仅对设备的先进性提出高标准,还对其运转的自动化系统提出更高的要求,自动化技术在生产过程的各个环节的合理应用的研究势在必行,除了常规自动控制系统逻辑回路外,信号检测与处理的优化控制需求在自动化生产过程中逐渐突显出来。设计以设备PLC和上层DCS控制为基础,通过优化控制器的检测信号与关联工艺控制逻辑,实现更高级的控制。该系统在磨浮工艺重要设备自动检测与控制系统中得到成功应用,使得生产设备运行更加稳定,提高了设备运转率,降低了劳动强度,取得了显著经济效益,在国内数字化矿山等自动化应用领域具有划时代的意义。

Application of Signal Detection and Control OptimizationBased on Detection and Processing Ttechnology

Abstract:With the rapid developmentof modern industrial technology,the requirements forautomation and intelligentization of the production process are increasing. Thedigital mine project,not only advanced equipment ofhigh standard,also put forward higher requirements forthe operation of the automation system,reasonableapplication of automation technology in all aspects of the production processis imperative,in addition to the conventional logicloop automatic control system,optimizing the controlrequirements of signal detection and processing in the automatic productionprocess gradually highlights. The design is based on the equipment PLC and theupper DCS control. By optimizing the detection signal of the controller and theassociated process control logic,a more advancedcontrol is realized. The system has been successfully applied in grindingflotation process important equipment automatic detection and control system,makes the equipment more stable,improve therunning efficiency of the equipment,reduces the laborintensity,has achieved remarkable economic benefits inthe field of domestic digital mine automation application has epoch-makingsignificance.
