基于物联网的公共机构能源管理系统的探索与实践

摘  要:公共机构能源管理系统以能耗在线监测为基础,动态、准确地把握公共机构能耗信息,同时结合节能目标、能耗目标、能耗诊断为用能单位提供能效管理服务。用电单位通过系统能够实现精细化节能管理,提高能源利用效率,促进节能降耗。节能主管部门通过系统能够强化对节能降耗的工作监管,及时研判能源消费趋势,提高预测预警水平,实现能源消耗动态过程的可视化、可控化和信息化管理。

Exploration and Practice of Energy Management System for Public Institutions Based on Internet of Things

Abstract: The energy management system of public institutions is based on the online monitoring of energy consumption, which dynamically and accurately grasps the energy consumption information of public institutions, and provides energy efficiency management services for energy consumption units in combination with energy conservation goals, energy consumption goals and energy consumption diagnosis. Through this system, the electricity consumption units can achieve refined energy-saving management, improve energy utilization efficiency, and promote energy conservation and consumption reduction. Through this system, the energy conservation department in charge can strengthen the supervision work of energy conservation and consumption reduction, timely study and judge the trend of energy consumption, improve the level of forecast and early warning, and realize the visualization, controllability and information management of the dynamic process of energy consumption.
