摘 要：战略性新兴产业是企业产业发展的方向，是引领未来经济发展的重要力量。本文通过对战略性新兴产业企业项目申报管理平台构建研究，设计了一个合理、便捷的项目申报管理平台，为规范项目资助资金申报和后期管理提供了有力保障。

Abstract：The strategic emerging industry is the direction of the development of the enterprise industry，and it is an important force to lead the future economic development. Based on the research on the project declaration management platform of strategic emerging industries，this paper designs a reasonable and convenient project declaration management platform，which provides a strong guarantee for standardizing the declaration and later management of project funding funds.
