三维规划验收系统设计研究

摘  要:为了破解传统规划验收手段效率低、难以全覆盖等相关难题,首次提出设计与研发三维规划验收系统。根据项目的《建设工程规划许可证》内容构建三维模型及技术指标,运用本项目竣工实测数据构建三维模型及自动计算经济指标,直观的进行审查和对比分析,快速审查出建筑外立面、屋顶结构、道路、绿化、出入口、停车位等要素不一致的地方,辅助规划执法部门进行竣工验收。在项目建设完全通过验收后,自动将项目竣工验收成果更新至整个城市三维模型库中,保持城市三维数据的现势性。

Design and Research of Three-dimensional Planning Acceptance System

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problems such as low efficiency and full coverage of the traditional planning method of acceptance,according to the content of “Construction Project Planning License” of the project,three-dimensional models and technical indicators are constructed,and three-dimensional models and economic indicators are automatically calculated by using the measured data of the project completion, which can be examined and analyzed intuitively. Quickly examine the inconsistencies of building facades, roof structures,roads,greening,entrances and exits,parking spaces and other elements,and assist planning and law enforcement departments to complete the acceptance. After the project construction has passed the acceptance,the results of the project completion acceptance will be automatically updated to the whole city’s three-dimensional model library to maintain the current situation of the city's three-dimensional data.
