摘 要：疫情反复，学校需要采集学生健康码、行程码，制作防疫台账，教师较多采用的方式是创建班级微信群，学生将自己的健康码、行程码发于群内，教师批量下载后使用 Excel 制作台账，学生提交的图片资料需要重命名并一一对应到表格指定单元格，工作量不仅大而且每天需重复做，借用问卷网与 Excel VBA 程序功能，快速实现图片数据的采集、重命名保存与台账自动生成，效率显著提高。

Application of Excel VBA in Campus Epidemic Prevention Information Collection

Abstract: The epidemic situation is repeated. Schools need to collect students’ health codes and travel codes to make epidemic prevention standing books. Teachers often use the method of creating class WeChat groups. Students send their own health codes and travel codes to the groups. After downloading in batches, teachers use Excel to make standing books. The picture materials submitted by students need to be renamed and correspond to the specified cells in the sheets one by one. The workload is not only heavy, but also needs to be repeated every day. With the help of the functions of questionnaire network and Excel VBA program, it can quickly realize the collection, renaming and saving of picture data and automatic generation of standing books. The efficiency improves dozens of times.
