摘 要：各个学校的教务部门经常会处理和制作来自学生的大量的表格，在这个过程中不得不进行高重复性工作，耗费大量的时间和精力，不免会出现一些信息遗漏或错误。为了进一步提高教务部门的工作效率以及简化表格处理方式，文章以宁夏职业技术学院软件学院 2019 级学生信息作为样本，根据实际情况对教务部门相关工作进行分析，通过 Python 语言设计相关自动化办公的方案及实现。

Research of Python Office Automation on Improving Educational Affairs Office Efficiency

Abstract: The educational affairs departments of each school often process and produce a large number of forms from students. In this process, they have to carry out highly repetitive work, spend a lot of time and energy. There will inevitably be some information omissions or errors. In order to further improve the work efficiency of educational affairs department and simplify the form processing method, this paper takes the information of students who come from software school grade 2019 of Ningxia Polytechnic as samples, analyzes the relevant work of the educational affairs department according to the actual situation, designs related automation office scheme and implementation through Python language.
