智能物流托盘的研究和应用分析

摘  要:随着 2020 年初新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,物流运输面临前所未有的挑战,而托盘是物流搬运中最基本的设备之一,其智能化、信息化水平直接影响着物流操作的效率,进而影响物流管理成本。因此,文章基于物联网技术,设计了一款智能物流托盘,简要分析、阐述了该托盘的设计结构及应用功能,对物流运输中的人员、车辆和货物进行定位和监控,这在一定程度上保障了人员、车辆、货物的安全性,不但提高了物流效率,而且节省了物流企业管理成本。

Research and Application Analysis of Intelligent Logistics Pallet

Abstract: With the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020, the logistics transportation is facing unprecedented challenges. Pallet is one of the most basic equipment in logistics handling, it, s intelligence and informatization level directly affect the efficiency of logistics operation, and then affect the cost of logistics management. Therefore, based on the internet of things technology, this paper designs an intelligent logistics pallet, briefly analyzes and expounds the design structure and application functions of the pallet, locates and monitors personnel, vehicles and goods in logistics transportation, this ensures the safety of personnel, vehicles and goods to a certain extent, it not only improves the logistics efficiency, but also saves the management cost of logistics enterprises.
