摘 要：本文以四方回转刀架作为研究对象，详细分析了它的结构和转位动作过程，然后进行拆卸详解，并指出了装配过程的一些关键点，提出在日常维护过程中的操作要点，能够满足工厂实际的维护要求，为机修人员提供了正确的思路，供同行们参考、研究。

Research on Disassembly and Maintenance of CNC Lathe Turning Tool Carrier

Abstract：This paper，taking the square rotary tool carrier as the research object，analyzes its structure principle as well as the process of the transposition movement and explains the disassembly process in detail. It also points out some key points ofassembly process and puts forward some points on the operation of the routine maintenance process，which can meet the practical maintenance requirements in the factory. The result of the research provides the correct direction for the machine tool maintenance ，which can also be referred and studied by colleagues.
